Personal Mortgage Application
Straightforward process:
- Let us know the details regarding your potential
mortgage, the number of applicants for the loan, and the type of application
you'd like to complete.
- Assuming a full application, we'll ask each applicant
for the following info: name and address, communication preferences for
follow-up, identification details (date of birth, social security number) and
current employment information.
- The last step in the process will be to gather financial details for each
applicant. We'll ask for income, asset, and liability information.
The online process should take less than a minute for a "Bare Essentials"
application, and ~5 minutes per applicant for the "Complete Application".
